EXERCISES FOR VERTIGO/ DIZZINESS

 

The feeling of giddiness or rotation in space is due to an imbalance in the co-ordination mechanism of the body. Certain drugs are available which help in alleviating the symptoms of vertigo / dizziness. The doctor’s advice would, of course, be the best in such condition.

 

Apart from medicines prescribed, it would be beneficial to carry out certain exercises which help you to adapt yourself to the attacks giddiness/ dizziness/ vertigo.

 

 

 


 

 

CAUTION:

  1. Do not perform these exercises while you have a vertigo / dizziness attack.
  2. Never take any medication on your own, as there are some medicines which slow down the adaptation process.
  3. Always consult your doctor before taking any medicine which is not prescribed by him.
