A CASE OF UTERINE FIBROID

A lady aged 43 years old, a house wife, was under my treatment for her complaints of cervical spondylitis. She was better after my treatment. But from April 2005, she was having some irregularities in menstrual cycle and had premenstrual problem so she referred to gynecologist and she was advised for pelvic sonography.

PELVIC SONOGRAPHY REPORT: Small Anterior wall uterine fibroid.

Patient was against of surgery and she came to me and I did detailed case study.

ABDOMEN-

From 2 months-Heaviness of lower abdomen.

Pain < B.M., D.M.

GUT-

From 4 months- Leucorrhoea- thick white

Stains clothes

Itching- perineum < night, after coition

MENSTRUAL HISTORY-

LMP- 10/07/05

Duration- 5 days

Flow- heavy bleeding, blackish with clots for initial 4 days from last few months and disappeared after 7th day.

Complaints with menses- dysmenorrhoea

PAST HISTORY

Migraine.

D&C 3 times

Hemorrhoids

Cervical spondylitis

 

Patient was put on homoeopathic medication. Positive suggestions were given on every follow up which helps her to come out from her stress and started taking interest in all work.

On 31/12/05 pelvic sonography was again done, which was normal.
